BOOKKEEPER NEEDED IMMEDIATELY Immediate opening for full-time bookkeeper employee, subcontractor. Experience with CPA firm preferred, able to multi-task and handle QB monthly and quarterly bookkeeping for wide variety of clients. Could be some opportunity for partial remote work depending on skills and qualifications. Firm is fully in cloud already.
RESPONSIBILITIES Monthly and quarterly financial statements, reconcilation and posting of detail transactions. Prepare sales and payroll tax returns as required Manage production and growth of write-up department Tax Prep or experince with TR Creative Solutions a plus, will train where necessary
QUALIFICATIONS-EXPERIENCE Previous experience with QB online and desktop, ProAdvisor status preferred. Experience with CPA firm and related softwares a plus. Self Motivation Detail and deadline aware Strong analytical and problem solving skills Tax prep a plus Ability to multi-task and communicate with others a must Reliable transportation necessary
