What You’ll Do:

  • Perform advanced mechanical and electrical repairs on BMW vehicles

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of issues with precision

  • Conduct inspections and recommend maintenance or repair services

  • Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure exceptional customer experiences

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with BMW and Lithia standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of automotive technician experience with the BMW brand is required

  • Automotive technical training or ASE certifications preferred

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
