Data Analyst/ Programmer

Are you a detail-oriented programmer and data specialist with expertise in high-volume personalized communications? We are seeking an experienced Variable Data Programmer / CCM Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of customer data, from initial processing and analysis to final output in personalized print and cross-media campaigns. This role is critical for ensuring data integrity and optimizing the use of our Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform, Uluro.

Skills and capabilities
• Proven experience in statistical analysis and working with data sets, data analysis tools and relational databases
• Experience working in integrated CCM platforms, such as Uluro
• Knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
• A solid understanding of data sources, data organization and storage
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to apply concepts to the larger business context
• Programming skills including, C++ or C#, SQL, Python, Acrobat, Analytics, Excel, Coding
• Mail list data processing & variable letter setup software experience in the following software packages is preferred; BCC or similar production software.

Experience and education
• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics or related field or equivalent data analysis certification
• 3-5 years' experience in a data analytics role
• 2-3 years' supervisory experience
• Experience in print and mail industry a plus
