Century Group is in search of an experienced Contract Administrator to join a team in Houston, TX. Qualified candidates with 1-4+ years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $68,000 to $80,000 per year.

Job Description:

  • Preparation of Bid Packets
  • Draft and prepare various contracts
  • Report for B2G and ERPS
  • Process Pay Applications
  • Manage Subcontracts and Drug Compliance Documentation
  • Create Purchase Orders
  • Submitting End-of-Month Documents to Clients
Requirements:
  • Degree preferred
  • ERP experience preferred (Viewpoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Draft and prepare various contracts
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
