2. Should have experience leading large transformation projects in a Technical role

3. Transformation should be in companies operating in multiple geographies.

4. Should be able to chart a path for cutover and bring in experience from previous cutover activities

5. Should be able to anticipate from previous experience the potential problems and be able to incorporate in planning

6. Should be detail oriented, be able to provide technical inputs

7. Retail experience is a nice to have for scale and geographic footprint
