Overview

We are looking for a Global Salesforce Training and Adoption Leader to spearhead the adoption of Salesforce and other critical sales tools across 8 divisions and 11 Salesforce instances totaling over 9,000 users. This role is not just about training-it's about inspiring change, driving engagement, and building a culture where Salesforce and other sales tools become indispensable resources for our producers and sales leaders. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with at least a decade of experience who can manage a team of trainers, collaborate with the Salesforce product team to ensure successful launches of new features, and oversee training for a suite of sales tools, including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MiEdge, and others.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-impact team, partner with stakeholders across the organization, and create a lasting impact on how we leverage technology to achieve our ambitious growth goals.

This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and you can sit anywhere in the US or Canada.

How you'll make an impact

Ownership of Adoption Programs:
  • Define the overall CRM adoption strategy and approach, working across various business divisions and stakeholder groups.
  • Own the development and delivery of the standard suite of Salesforce training programs, ensuring users are equipped to maximize the platform's capabilities.
  • Extend training for other critical sales tools, including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MiEdge, and others, ensuring seamless integration into the sales process.
  • Ensure training programs are tailored to the needs of different user groups, including new hires, experienced producers, and sales leaders.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality, impactful training programs across all divisions.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the training team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to drive excellence.
  • Ensure the training team is aligned with the overall adoption strategy and equipped to support users at all levels of the organization.
WalkMe Integration & Adoption:
  • Leverage WalkMe to create interactive, in-app guidance and training experiences that drive Salesforce adoption and enhance user proficiency.
  • Monitor WalkMe usage and effectiveness, refining content to address user needs and improve adoption outcomes.
Communication & Change Management:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to build awareness, generate enthusiasm, and reinforce the value of Salesforce and other sales tools across the organization.
  • Create compelling content, including emails, intranet updates, and presentations, to keep users informed and engaged.
Strategic Leadership & Field Engagement:
  • Work with the CRM Field Engagement team to support the team's field presence by actively participating in branch meetings, sales huddles, and leadership discussions.
  • Develop and implement a personalized coaching practice to support producers and sales leaders in maximizing their use of Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive adoption and improve sales performance.
Collaboration with Salesforce Product Team:
  • Partner with the Salesforce product team to stay informed about new features, capabilities, and updates.
  • Develop and execute strong launch plans for new Salesforce features, ensuring users are prepared to adopt and leverage these enhancements effectively.
  • Collaborate with the product team to align training and communication strategies with upcoming releases and updates.
  • Act as the bridge between the product team and end users, ensuring feedback from the field is incorporated into future enhancements.
Multi-Division Support:
  • Lead the adoption program across multiple Salesforce instances and divisions, ensuring consistency in training, communication, and user engagement strategies.
  • Develop scalable solutions to support adoption across diverse geographic regions and business functions.
About You

Leadership & Strategic Thinking:
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, engage with senior leaders, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of trainers to deliver impactful training programs.
Salesforce & Sales Tool Expertise:
  • Experience in leading programs within an insurance brokerage.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, configuration, and best practices, including experience with Salesforce releases and updates.
  • Familiarity with other sales tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MiEdge, and their integration into the sales process.
Training & Communication:
  • Exceptional training and presentation skills, with the ability to design and deliver engaging programs and materials.
  • Advanced communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and motivate diverse audiences.
Collaboration & Adaptability:
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, balancing multiple priorities and initiatives.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and responsive, with a strong ability to adapt to changing needs and challenges.
