Job Title: L3 Customer Service Representative

Location: 98% Remote need to be local to Portland Metro Area

Pay Rate Max: $18.50 an hour

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide live chat support to L1 consumers, guiding them through case issues in real time.

• Help diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve cases quickly and accurately.

• Offer clear coaching and policy reinforcement during interactions.

• Occasionally work and close cases directly when needed to support queue health or team priorities.

• Identify trends, gaps, or recurring issues and escalate insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

• Maintain a high level of product, policy, and process knowledge to ensure accurate guidance.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, preferably in retail or e-commerce.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
