Join Our Team as a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician - Ashland

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift in Ashland. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure a safe work environment
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to enhance reliability and reduce unscheduled downtime
  • Assist in specifying new equipment and optimizing its performance to maintain company profitability
  • Develop and implement improvements to facilities and equipment to enhance safety, quality, and productivity
  • Repair or upgrade existing machine components to maintain a supply of replacement parts
What We're Looking For:
  • General maintenance work experience with a focus on electrical and industrial systems
  • Proven experience with industrial control systems and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in electrical/electronic systems, welding, machining, plumbing, and hydraulic systems
  • Availability for overtime, weekends, and possible off-shift work
