One Federal Solution seeks a talented and passionate Data Analyst to join our Corpus Christi, Texas team to support our Federal Government client. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to uncover insights that will drive informed business decisions as follows:

Data AnalystKey Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain physical and electronic files.
  • Organize and manage case files in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Review data for completeness and proper execution.
  • Enter, review, and extract data from databases.
  • Obtain additional information from other investigative agencies and databases.
  • Receive, track, and process petitions, claims, and requests.
  • Reconcile inconsistencies in data or documentation.
  • Gather and organize information for investigative packages.
  • Verify case files and maintain case tracking systems.
  • Prepare, review, and reconcile reports.
  • Receive and distribute various types of documents, including court documents.
  • Assist lead analysts or officials in collecting all documents and information to complete case files.
  • Provide administrative support and information concerning cases to other investigative agencies, local law enforcement, U.S. Attorney offices, DOJ processing units, and higher headquarters.
  • Extract data from agency databases for management and program reports.
  • Perform word processing related to case documentation.
  • Conduct data entry relevant to case management.
Data Analyst Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Skilled in reviewing and analyzing data and information from multiple sources
  • Experienced in establishing case and project files in both paper and electronic formats
  • Capable of entering and retrieving data from databases
  • Proficient in preparing and formatting management reports
  • Competent in manipulating, transferring, computing, and printing information
  • Proficient with spreadsheet and word-processing software
  • Skilled in creating and managing spreadsheets
  • Experienced in preparing and correcting reports and correspondence using word-processing software
