Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the welcoming face that brings the wow factor by interacting with and serving our valued customers. Our CSRs take pride in being part of a beloved brand that prioritizes people, integrity, and enhancing each day's experience.
What you'll do:

Warmly greet and engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met in a quick and friendly manner.

Prepare delicious food items including breakfast offerings, customized sandwiches, specialty drinks, and pizzas, while maintaining a neat and organized coffee station.

Operate the cash register, manage various payment methods, activate gift and fuel cards, and assist with the verification process for age-restricted products.

Ensure that our stores are well-stocked, with shelves that are fresh, full, and visually appealing.

Help maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to all operational policies and procedures.

Perform essential store housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and taking out the trash.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation.

A strong enthusiasm for teamwork.
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $15.50 to $19.25 based on experience and location. Associates working during the hours of 12am to 6am will receive a $1.50 shift differential.
