Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain rotating equipment and mechanical drive systems
  • Troubleshoot high-speed converting machinery and material conveyance systems
  • Read and interpret machine drawings, manuals, and schematics accurately
  • Utilize precision measurement tools and work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Support maintenance activities across various shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
What's Needed?
  • At least three years of industrial mechanics and maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment, mechanical drive systems, and high-speed machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Good communication skills and basic computer literacy
