Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: West Coast Region (Hybrid)

Description:
• We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure applications.
• This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define technical solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, and overseeing the full software development lifecycle.
• The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of modern software development methodologies.

Required Skills:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on backend and frontend technologies.
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable application architectures.
• Proficiency in API-driven development and service-oriented architectures.
• Strong database management skills, including experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience working with cloud computing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
• Understanding of continuous integration, deployment, and DevOps best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Desired Skills:
• Experience working with modern front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
• Industry experience in a technology-driven sector is a plus.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $44.10-$63.00 Per HR
