Sweetgrass Pharmacy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Compliance Manager to support our retail and compounding pharmacy operations. This role ensures we meet all regulatory requirements, maintain high-quality standards, and promote a strong culture of compliance across our organization.

What You'll Do
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including DEA, FDA (503A/503B), USP (795, 797, 800), CMS, HIPAA, and OSHA.
  • Maintain pharmacy licenses, permits, and accreditations.
  • Conduct routine audits of compounding, dispensing, billing, and controlled substance processes.
  • Document findings, track corrective actions, and support regulatory inspections.
  • Deliver compliance training and provide ongoing education to pharmacy staff.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and communicate operational updates.
  • Support inventory controls, labeling standards, and sterile/non-sterile compounding practices.
  • Prepare compliance reports for executive leadership.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, healthcare administration, business, or a related field required.
  • PharmD, JD, MBA, or MHA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of pharmacy compliance or regulatory experience strongly preferred.
  • CHC or CCEP certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, including USP, FDA, DEA, CMS, and HIPAA.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to patient safety.

Work Environment
