Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Oracle ERP Consultant to join our team. This hybrid role, based in Alexandria, Virginia, will involve working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document business requirements and processes.
  • Design and implement Oracle ERP solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide functional expertise in Oracle ERP modules such as AR, AP, GL, FA and Purchasing.
  • Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle ERP solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle ERP systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle ERP trends and best practices.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Oracle ERP certification is a plus.
Job Benefits:
  • Competitive FTE salary range based on experience, education and geographical location of $100,000 - $130,000 USD base salary.
