The RN Coordinator is pivotal in supervising direct nursing care while utilizing their clinical expertise to ensure the safety and comfort of patients and their families in accordance with legal and professional standards. This role also involves providing leadership to enhance unit operations and workflows.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited RN nursing program
- Active and current Texas RN license
- Current BCLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a related department
- Experience with CRT
- Proven team leadership experience
- Ability to effectively use equipment and supplies relevant to the patient population, including skills in CPR, oxygen administration, and intravenous therapy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Specialty nursing certification related to the designated specialty area
- ACLS certification
- Over 2 years of experience in ambulatory care
- Previous supervisory experience
- Proficient in Windows-based computer applications
