Lead Front-End JavaScript Developer

Join our innovative team as a Lead Front-End Developer We are seeking an exceptional individual with expert-level skills in JavaScript and front-end technologies. You will be instrumental in developing high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. Collaborate with talented back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and other team members to deliver cutting-edge solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

While your primary focus will be on front-end development, a basic understanding of PHP and Craft CMS will enable better collaboration with our back-end teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create responsive and high-performance user interfaces using leading JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular).
  • Work closely with designers and back-end engineers to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Write clean, maintainable code, adhering to best practices.
  • Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
  • Engage in the design and development of new features to enhance user-friendly interfaces.
  • Mentorship responsibilities for junior developers, providing code reviews and guidance to uphold high code quality standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in front-end development.
  • Ensure compatibility across browsers and troubleshoot any front-end performance issues.
  • Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver robust solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional front-end development experience, specifically in JavaScript.
  • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
  • Excellent understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.
  • Basic knowledge of PHP and Craft CMS is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Experience with front-end build tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Gulp, Babel).
  • Familiar with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end interfaces with back-end services.
  • Proficient in using Git for version control.
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS) and responsive design methodologies.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for front-end applications.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
