Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety in all tasks.
  • Exhibit the highest level of professionalism and integrity with both customers and colleagues.
  • Serve as an empathetic advisor by utilizing our extensive training to recommend tailored, innovative solutions for commercial clients.
  • Meet sales targets by actively prospecting for new business and managing assigned leads.
  • Leverage marketing tools to drive business development.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of customers’ properties, with training provided.
  • Provide informed recommendations based on inspections, clarifying any queries and setting clear expectations.
  • Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training supplied.

Minimum Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary Sales experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license needed.
  • Ability to obtain required pesticide license/certification (company paid).
  • Capability to work independently in the field while engaging with customers in their homes and businesses.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions:

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limit.
  • Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas, which may require climbing or balancing.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
