Begin your CDL-A journey with a regional position built for long-term stability. This role includes paid mentor training, dependable weekly miles, and scheduled home time every two weeks. Trainees and recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Details
- Regional operation running dry van and refrigerated freight
- 2,100-2,300 miles per week, consistent and predictable
- Home every 2 weeks for a 34-48 hour reset
- 4-6 weeks of structured paid one-on-one mentor training for trainees
- All freight is 100 percent no-touch
- Assigned 2020+ tractors including Freightliner Kenworth T680 and International
- Automatic transmission with APU installed
- No slip seating
- Rider and pet program available after training
- 24/7 operational support
- Detention layover and extra stop pay available
- Weekly earnings of $1,200-$1,500
- Direct deposit every week
- Medical dental and vision benefits after 30 days
- PTO and 401(k) with company match
- Valid CDL-A and at least 21 years of age
- No recent DUIs or major preventable accidents
- Must pass DOT urine and hair testing
- CDL school graduates must have a minimum of 120 training hours for trainee eligibility
