Title: Salesforce Technical Architect
Location: Hartford, CT/ Minneapolis, MN
Duration: Fulltime

Job Description:-
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 5 years in an architect role.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and APIs.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
• Deep understanding of integration patterns and middleware (MuleSoft, Spring boot)
• Experience in data modeling, data migration, and system integrations.
• Salesforce certifications such as System Architect, Application Architect, or
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred or in progress).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor development teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end scalable Salesforce architecture aligned with business goals.
• Lead technical design sessions and document detailed design artifacts.
• Guide development teams during implementation; ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to align
technical solutions with functional requirements.
• Oversee integration architecture and data migration strategies using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and ETL tools.
• Conduct performance optimization, security reviews, and technical governance.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and roadmap.
