Join Marvin Composites as a Facility Maintenance Technician at our state-of-the-art extrusion plant. In this vital role, you'll ensure our advanced equipment and facility systems operate at peak performance. Your primary responsibilities will include preventive and predictive maintenance, along with troubleshooting and repairs as necessary. Collaborate with production teams, take ownership of efficiency, and enjoy opportunities for professional growth through training and development.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 1st shift
Start and end times are flexible and can be discussed during the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to keep equipment functioning optimally.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Identify root causes of issues and implement strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Plan and prioritize tasks, coordinating with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
- Manage parts inventory to ensure equipment reliability.
- Monitor and maintain facility systems to enhance performance and reduce waste.
Compensation: $24-33/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses a two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and ability to produce thorough and accurate work.
- Has solid mechanical and electrical skills.
- Is skilled in working with PLCs, control systems, and industrial automation.
