MS/Tele Nursing Float - Winter Needs 2025 (WA) Medical Solutions auto-deducts the 1.75% WA tax - you may re-add it. AUTO OFFER based on clinical recommendation. RTO requires manager approval. Unit Details Beds: 32 Ratios: 1:4-6 Telemetry: All beds tele-capable Monitor Techs: Off-site; RNs validate and read strips CNAs: Ratio 1:8-16 Requirements Certifications: BLS, WA or Compact RN License Experience: Minimum 1 year MS/Tele, telemetry required Drips: RNs titrate Heparin, Blood, IV fluids Patient Population Post-surgical: General, Ortho, Urology, GYN Leadership & Support Charge Nurse: Yes House Supervisor: Yes Schedule Shifts: 12-hour (7a-7:30p or 7p-7:30a) Weekends: Every other Holidays: Must be available for all Call: None (as needed per census) Floating: Required within scope Dress Code Navy scrub top and bottom Orientation 1-2 shifts, coordinated with onboarding
