Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret technical specifications and develop comprehensive test cases accordingly.
  • Perform clinical and benefit plan validation with a strong understanding of plan database and plan edits.
  • Utilize CVS tools such as EZTEST, SFDC, EZQUERY for test execution and validation.
  • Execute query-based testing using plan database configurations.
  • Conduct reviews of test cases and results with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to QA standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in leading QA projects.
  • 4+ years of experience with SQL queries or clinical/benefit information.
  • Hands-on experience with VB Script/QTP.
  • Knowledge of AI/Gen AI concepts applied in QA processes.
  • Experience in healthcare domain with strong clinical/benefits understanding.
  • Proficiency in manual testing, AS400 systems, and healthcare plan validation.
