Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary up to $175K annually + director-level bonus

What You Bring
  • BSN required; MSN or MHA preferred
  • 3-5 years of IMCU/PCU/Telemetry nursing experience
  • 1-2+ years of proven nursing leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire staff while navigating challenges with resilience
