Part-Time Nanny in Ann Arbor, MI - $30-$35 per hour

A warm and loving family in Ann Arbor, Michigan, seeking a dependable and engaging Part-Time Nanny to become a cherished part of their lives for years to come With three delightful children-a curious 20-month-old boy, an adventurous 5-year-old girl, and a bright 7-year-old girl-they're looking for someone who can grow with them and provide consistent, nurturing care.

About the Role

This is a long-term, live-out position offering 30 guaranteed hours per week, primarily on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The family understands that life can be dynamic, so they can be flexible with the specific days if needed.

Here's a snapshot of the schedule:
  • Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 12:30-8:30 PM
  • Three Saturday date nights per month 2:30-8:30 PM
  • One Wednesday night date evening per month from 3:30 PM-9:30 PM
Your days will be filled with fun and activity, including:
  • School pickups and drop-offs for the older kids.
  • Driving to activities and adventures around Ann Arbor.
  • Summer fun at the country club pool (they're members).
Who You Are:

The family's ideal nanny is first and foremost dependable. They're looking for someone that they can truly count on, as consistency is incredibly important to this family. You should be proactive, loving, and genuinely enjoy spending time with children of varying ages.

Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License and your own reliable vehicle (they'll reimburse for gas). Parking is available at the home.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Previous nanny experience is a plus, as the family has had nannies before.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30-$35, paid via payroll. They also value their nannies and offer the following benefits:
  • 1 week of paid vacation (accrued over time)
  • 2 sick/personal days (more to be accrued over time)
  • Paid major holidays
  • Gas stipend
About The Family:

Mom is a stay-at-home mom, and Dad works from home, though he travels about 15 days out of the month. They value open communication and a positive, respectful working relationship. They also have a cleaning crew who comes twice a week.
  • The children's grandparents live nearby and are often around.
