• Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a Commodity Options Desk from the ground up.
  • Collaborate with the Equity Options business to utilize existing systems and processes for the Commodity Options business.
  • Drive the desk to generate $10-$30M in PnL/year
  • Recruit and develop a team of traders to scale the desk's operations.
• Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in building a commodity options desk generating $10M+ in PnL.
  • Recent track record of consistent success in the field.
