Your Role as a Dental Assistant:
- Assist the periodontist during surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures including implant placement, grafting, and deep cleanings
- Ensure sterilization, operatory setup, and adherence to infection control protocols
- Take and process digital radiographs and support imaging needs
- Educate patients on procedures and post-op care for better outcomes
- Keep treatment areas stocked, organized, and documentation up to date
- Provide compassionate, high-quality chairside care and patient comfort
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Graduate of a dental assisting program (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in a dental assistant role, ideally in a surgical or periodontal environment
- Current CPR and radiology certification (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on patient care
- Reliable, professional, and eager to be part of a team
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $25-26/hour
- 8 Paid Holidays + 3 Weeks PTO (for full-time)
