ChristianaCare's Center for Urogynecology and Pelvic Surgery is a high-volume, well-established outpatient practice with a long-standing history of excellence in the community. The practice is staffed by three experienced surgeons, two experienced advanced practice providers, and three continence nurses, offering a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

- Travel to satellite offices within approximately 35 minutes of the main office may be required
- Independently evaluate and manage patients with pelvic floor disorders including:
* Urinary incontinence
* Pelvic organ prolapse
* Overactive bladder
* Fecal incontinence
* Recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Assess patients for potential surgical referral and coordinate with the surgical team as needed
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Delaware
- Certification in a relevant specialty area (e.g., Women's Health, Family Medicine)
- Prescriptive authority and DEA registration (or eligibility)
- BLS certification required
- Prior experience in Urogynecology, Women's Health, or Urology preferred

Annual Compensation Range $111,278.00 - $140,485.00 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
