Platform Automation - Shell Scripting Specialist
Seattle, WA / St Louis, MO (hybrid - 3 days/week)
Fulltime

Job Description
Familiarity in writing automation scripts for Infrastructure Platforms eliminating manual activities/upgrades
Proficiency in Python scripting for automation, data processing, and system management tasks.
Solid experience writing and troubleshooting Bash scripts for system automation.
Strong experience in managing Linux/Unix systems, including system administration and performance tuning.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and concepts (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios).
Understanding of reliability engineering practices, incident management, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with visualization using Power BI or Tableau
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
