Apartment Maintenance Technician

As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the apartment building and grounds. Duties include:
- Perform general and higher level maintenance services such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
- Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
- Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
- Per policy, conduct inspections as required, and participate in preventative maintenance, including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
- Clean work area, tools, and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and the management company.

- EPA Refrigerant Certified (type 1 and 2 or Universal) or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.

- Preparar apartamentos desocupados para nuevos residentes mediante inspecciones y reparaciones necesarias.
- Reparar o reemplazar ventanas, cerraduras, mosquiteros, puertas corredizas de vidrio, estanterías, espejos, persianas, ventiladores de techo y luces.
- Asistir en tareas de pintura y reparación de paneles de yeso.
- Responder a las solicitudes de servicio de los residentes de manera rápida y eficiente.
- Participar en el sistema de guardias rotativas, incluyendo noches y fines de semana.
