Job Description:
Join our team in Schaumburg, IL, for a contract position as a Program Manager.
You will lead complex business transformation programs, focusing on strategic planning, governance, and cross-functional execution.
This role requires expertise in managing large-scale technology integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive program plans and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Drive the integration and consolidation of systems into a unified ecosystem.
Establish and manage program governance, providing updates and risk analyses to stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business leaders, managing expectations and priorities.
Identify and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies proactively.
Qualifications
8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a senior-level Program Management role.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
Experience in Agile-at-scale environments.
Proven track record in leading large-scale IT transformation programs.
