Shift Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the Manager-In-Charge (MIC) Success Routine, ensuring tasks under People, Customers, and Service are effectively executed.
• Supervise Team Members to complete their Shift Excellence duties in their assigned roles.
• Maintain a clean appearance and ensure all employees adhere to the company uniform policy.
• Prioritize customer needs by showing exceptional service.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accurate order fulfillment.
• Swiftly resolve customer complaints to maintain positive relationships.
• Welcome customers warmly and communicate politely.
• Demonstrate urgency and efficiency in all activities.
• Collaborate effectively with management and team members.
• Support peers by providing assistance and encouragement.

People Development:

• Provide regular performance feedback to the RGM regarding Team Members.
• Deliver consistent constructive and positive feedback to Team Members.
• Actively engage in the training process for new employees.
• Address conflicts positively and seek resolutions with the RGM.

Ownership Responsibilities:

• Contribute to Profit and Loss management through adhering to cash control procedures and managing inventory and labor.
• Oversee correct product preparation, rotation, portions, cooking, and holding times.
• Assist the RGM in maintaining facility standards and ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the manager.

Essential Requirements:

• Preference for promotion from Hourly Champion position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic tasks.
• Capable of stocking shelves and coolers.
• Experience supervising and managing subordinate employees.
• Willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including physical lifting and standing for prolonged periods.
• Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards co-workers.
• Must pass required background checks.

Attendance Expectations:

• Adhere to the work schedule, arriving on time and ready for duty in full uniform. Notify the manager of any absences promptly.
• Utilize the approved timekeeping system accurately.

Proactive Mindset:

• Demonstrate initiative by acting independently, striving for excellence, and maintaining high energy levels throughout the shift.
