Twin City Staffing is hiring a reliable and detail-focused professional to provide front desk coverage and light accounting support in a friendly, professional office environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a blend of reception duties and AP/AR tasks while keeping the office organized and running smoothly.

Location: Maple Grove, MN

Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Wage: $22.00 - $23.00/hr., depending on experience

Duties of the accounting support / receptionist:
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, including greeting guests and handling light phone traffic
  • Support accounting with AP and AR tasks
  • Perform data entry and assist with organizing and filing documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide general administrative assistance as needed
Qualifications of the accounting support / receptionist:
  • Previous office experience required
  • Accounting experience is helpful, especially in AP/AR
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with basic computer skills and data entry
  • Professional, friendly, and dependable
