You'll also perform administrative tasks and provide top-notch customer service for our prospective clients seeking legal help during their most challenging moments. We are looking for a team player. We recognize and reward work done well You may be a good fit for our team if you: • Love to work within established systems, standards, and procedures • Involve others in the decision-making process • Thrive in a cooperative, collaborative atmosphere • Are friendly, at ease with others, and are good listener • Maintain positive relationships and are team-oriented • Respond positively to feedback and quality control Responsibilities: • Provide kind, courteous communication while receiving visitors to our office • Provide excellent customer service while answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls • Manage the calendar system to schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and text • Receive, sort, and process daily mail • Manage intake of potential clients with attention to detail for information while providing empathetic communication skills • Maintain reception area and set up the conference room for meetings, depositions, and potential client consultations • Provide efficiency in other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing Qualifications: • Ideal candidates are professional and courteous with a positive attitude • Proven prior work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365 and hands-on experience with office equipment (multi-line phone system, desktop computer, fax machines, scanner/printer) • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time appropriately • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to be resourceful and proactive • Minimum High school degree required • A patient and consistent approach to maintaining established standards, guidelines, and procedures • An unhurried, methodical, step-by-step approach to well-defined, repetitive routines • Ability to investigate information with empathy and a positive attitude • Desire to be a team player - connecting with and supporting others Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly + bonuses
