Century Group is partnering with a Healthcare industry client that is seeking an Accountantto assist their team within a 1-2 month temp assignment. This role is onsite in Mission Viejo, California. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Expected starting pay rate of $35.00 to $40.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform payment posting and revenue recognition accounting in the revenue cycle management function.
  • Use NetSuite software to manage accounting tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and financial data using Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure proper implementation of healthcare RCM processes and procedures.
  • Execute manual processes for payment posting consistently and with precision.
Requirements:
  • Have strong proficiency in NetSuite software for accounting functions.
  • Demonstrate advanced Excel skills, including the ability to perform complex calculations and data analysis.
  • Show familiarity with healthcare RCM functions, with hands-on experience being preferred.
  • Exhibit the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and procedures.
  • Possess attention to detail and the ability to thrive in repetitive manual accounting processes.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or related experience is applicable).
  • Display strong foundational accounting skills for accurate financial management and reporting.
  • Understand the operational nuances of revenue recognition in an RCM environment.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show capacity to maintain accuracy and efficiency in handling repetitive tasks.
