Tired of selling dentistry and only the doc gets paid? We get it, we agree, and we have your back. Our Office Managers consistently earn more than other managers, treatment coordinators or dental assistants.

Our busy Swarthmore area office is searching for an outgoing professional to be the first point of contact with patients, helping educate them so they understand the treatment, reviewing costs unencumbered by insurance, and insuring patient understanding and acceptance of their treatment. The office manager will also manage the dental assistants and the patient schedules, and the autonomy to lead an office to achieve a common goal.

The following are the requirements of the position:

Have a minimum of two years sales or treatment coordinator experience

History of work in dental office

Ability to be a team leader of a dental staff

High organizational skills

Understanding of dental procedures and treatments
