We are looking for dedicated Drivers at MV Transportation

Your Responsibilities: As a Driver, you will safely operate a transit motor vehicle, providing reliable and efficient public transportation to our community.

Driver Minimum Requirements:

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
  • Must possess a CDL B with passenger endorsement.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills are essential.

Retirement Benefits: 401k and Union pension contributions from the company for each compensated hour, up to a maximum of 2080 hours each calendar year.

Paid Time Off: Accrue 1.538 hours bi-weekly, capping at 40 hours for the first two years.

Paid Holidays: 8 holidays per year.

Paid Sick Leave: Earn 1 hour for every 30 hours worked for all full-time employees.

Other Compensation: $1,000 Driver referral bonus ($500 upon training completion and $500 after probation); $1,000 Mechanic referral bonus ($500 at training finish and $500 post-probation).
