Clinical Nurse Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee our clinical nursing services. In this role, you will partner with the Director and Medical Staff leadership to create, implement, and uphold clinical and educational programs that improve care quality and enhance patient and provider satisfaction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing. A BSN is preferred.
- CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: R.N. with a current state license, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, and additional certifications relevant to your area of expertise are required. National certification in your specialized area is preferred.
- SKILLS: We are looking for candidates with strong clinical and leadership abilities. Your background should reflect prior management experience, including:
- Strong nursing knowledge and clinical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- The ability to motivate individuals and teams
- Planning, organizing, directing, and managing the activities of others
- Effective meeting facilitation and deadline negotiation skills
- Experience in dealing with physicians and collaborating with medical staff and leadership
EXPERIENCE: Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical role within medical/surgical services, with at least 2 years of progressive management experience.
