Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' functional abilities and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student goals
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress
  • Train staff and parents on techniques to support students' therapy needs
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid state license to practice occupational therapy
  • Experience with children in educational or clinical settings (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create adaptive, engaging solutions for student success
