Certifications REQUIRED (any of the following):

ASE 1–8

Any Manufacturer Certifications (certificates required for bonus)

Our service department is investing heavily in resources to support both reconditioning and retail service, with a steady stream of customer work. Unlike most shops, we offer competitive pay for warranty work to offset reduced flat rate times. Here, you’ll be more than a number—you’ll be part of a team that works together to take care of customers, which drives loyalty.

The Job:

A Tech – A “turn-key” operator and team leader. Highly skilled in their craft, producing premium-quality work with minimal guidance. Pay is matched to top-level performance.

B Tech – A motivated technician requiring little supervision, highly focused on practicing and growing their craft to become a respected automotive professional.

This is a fast-paced role requiring productivity at 120% efficiency.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Performing vehicle repair and maintenance tasks efficiently
  • Completing inspections accurately
  • Maintaining a clean, safe work environment
  • Being a team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to mentor lower-level techs
