Boston Government Services, LLC. (BGS) is seeking a Personnel and Labor Relations Specialist to join our team This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:
- Primarily implement and administer management policies related to personnel administration and labor relations by performing activities such as representing management or labor in collective bargaining procedures.
- Participate in a program of recruitment, selection, placement, training, welfare, safety, compensation, and promotion.
- Conduct job analysis to provide occupational information.
- Interview and counsel job applicants and employees to determine suitability for employment, rehabilitation, and other employment development programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree plus 0 - 4 years of direct experience required, or MS with 0 - 3 years' experience.
- Individuals that do not have a BA or BS degree will be considered on a two (2) to one (1) basis; two (2) years' experience will equal one (1) year of education or possessing relevant task-specific years' experience deemed acceptable by the Client.
- Successful drug screening.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree in a technical discipline, plus 18 years plus of direct experience required, or an MS with 15 years' experience.
