  • Demonstrate leadership in planning and executing research within a fast-paced, agile environment to support continued iterations and improvement within the mobile space.
  • Define and lead planning tasks including discovery that leverages quantitative, secondary, and past research to identify gaps and inform research objectives.
  • Develop approach, methodology, and session format in alignment with research goals and identify appropriate stimuli to support conversations.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of evaluative and usability research methodologies, tactics, and conversational prompts, and understand best use case scenarios for applying them
