Travel CVOR Scrub Tech – Days + Call
Location: Birmingham, AL
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 5x8s (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) plus on-call as required
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience
Requirements:
• Current CST certification (or eligible)
• BLS required
• Must be proficient in scrubbing all cardiovascular cases, including CABG, AVR, MVR, and other complex CV procedures
Scope of Role:
The CVOR Scrub Tech provides perioperative support in the cardiovascular OR. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining the sterile field, passing instruments during procedures, assisting surgeons and staff during complex cardiac surgeries, and ensuring all surgical equipment and supplies are ready and functional.
