Electrical Foreman – Commercial Projects

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Electrical Foreman for commercial projects throughout Maryland. The pay range is $33.00 - $40.00+ per hour, depending on experience. All journeyman electricians are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven professionals. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Job Duties

  • Lead electricians, apprentices, and laborers on-site.

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of on-site electrical operations.

  • Coordinate with project managers, prefabrication, and design teams.

  • Develop and adhere to project timelines.

  • Organize and coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower.

  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes.

  • Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to crew members.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues.

  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

  • Participate in pre-construction meetings and post-project reviews.

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships within the industry.

  • Install and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.

  • Utilize hand and hydraulic benders to bend conduit.

  • Install conduit and pipes for wires and cables.

  • Ensure piping complies with code.

  • Test electrical components to ensure proper installation.

  • Use ladders and scaffolding when necessary.

Trade Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a journeyman, with proven leadership experience.

  • Valid Journeyman's License required.

  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals.

  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.

  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

  • Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots).

  • Must have basic hand tools to perform trade.

  • Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance.

  • Drug Test Required.

  • Background Check Required.

Work Schedule

Full-Time: Monday to Friday. 8–10 hour shifts, with potential for overtime based on project needs.

Primarily on-site across residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Maryland, south of Aberdeen.
