Job Description

Our client in Atlanta, GA is hiring for the role of Senior Financial Analyst.
This is a key analytical role supporting agency-wide financial planning, forecasting, and business modeling. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and is adept at interpreting large datasets to support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop financial models, KPIs, and business case analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and track performance against key financial targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on financial reporting and audits.
  • Create and maintain financial dashboards, reporting templates, and data integration processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 5-7 years of progressive experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and enterprise planning tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Jet Analytics, or similar financial systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail.
