The area offers four incredible seasons to enjoy various outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, kayaking, golf, fishing, and skiing, along with several community activity offerings.Non-profit affiliationSeeking a full-time Neurologist (4.0 or 4.5 days/week)Clinical interests/expertise in one or more of the following: headaches, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, extrapyramidal syndrome, stroke, epilepsy, dementia, and EEGs.Will be working at a Hospital and selected outreach clinic sitesOffice-based general neurology services to new and established patients (adolescents age 16 and older as well as adults)Responsibilities include: medication management, education and counseling of patients and families, ordering diagnostic tests, referral to related other specialtiesEMR: Meditech Expanse12 to 16 patients per day. In general, 2 to 4 new patients per daySALARY AND BENEFITS:Base salary $300,278 for 0.89 FTE, PLUS:Relocation funds/reimbursmentInsurances: health, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, life.Retirement plansProfessional liability coverage with tailVacation, 5 weeks per year5 sick days, 6 holidays per yearCME, 2 weeks per year, plus $4,000 CME fundsEXPERIENCE REQUIREDBE/BC NeurologistPrefer candidates who have prior experience (at least 2-5 years) in a broad spectrum of general neurologyBLS from American Heart AssociationPrior experience in a small hospital desiredAbility to interpret EEG studies desirableH1-B and J-1 visa candidates will welcome
