Office: Mile High Denture & Implant Center

Locations: Lakewood & Englewood | Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Salary range: $22 to $25 per hour plus bonuses

We transform lives by restoring dental health and confident smiles-and as a Dental Patient Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of this mission.

We are seeking an experienced and personable Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced front office environment and is committed to providing outstanding patient care.

Key Requirements:
  • Patient Check-In & Check-Out
    Welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude, verify their information, and ensure a smooth and efficient visit from start to finish.
  • Payment & Billing Support
    Process patient payments, address billing questions, and maintain accurate financial documentation.
  • Insurance Coordination
    Verify dental insurance coverage, clearly explain benefits to patients, and communicate with insurance providers as needed.
  • Treatment Plan Assistance
    Collaborate with the dentist to prepare, review, and present treatment plans to patients.
  • Appointment Scheduling
    Coordinate and confirm patient appointments, manage reminders, and help maintain a well-organized office schedule.
  • Front Desk Phone Support
    Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide helpful office information to ensure an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:
  • Dental front office or patient coordination experience required
  • Specialty dental experience is a strong plus
  • Ability to travel between our Lakewood and Englewood locations
  • Excellent communication, scheduling, and multitasking abilities
  • Positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude
  • Denticon Software experience is a plus.


Pay Range

USD $22.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
