Key responsibilities include:
- Liaise with carrier personnel and retail agents daily to assist with placement, retention, and resolution of risks by quoting and binding accounts
- Develop agency marketing plans to drive new business production and renewal retention with a customer-oriented focus
- Sell and distribute Amwins Admitted products including in person agency visits to develop that business
- Build relationships with agencies and analyze accounts to prioritize opportunities
- Develop highly collaborative internal relationships and follow-up on cross selling opportunities when appropriate
- Minimum 2 years of commercial account management experience in a retail insurance agency or wholesaler environment preferred
- Experience with commercial admitted carrier products and rating platforms
- P&C license preferred
- Insurance designations appreciated
- Compensation includes a compensation commensurate with experience.
- Pursuant to state regulation, the salary range for this position is $90,000 and includes eligibility for industry leading bonus plan.
- Position eligible for annual bonus
