Loan Workout Specialist

Location: West Des Moines (hybrid 5 days in/ 5 days remote)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $24.00
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support consumer lending operations focused on work exceptions and control reporting.
- Responsible for ensuring report integrity by fixing balances, status codes, and any variables before those reports flow to Quality Control teams who monitor them, perform testing, and audits throughout the year.
- Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout.
- Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Loan Workout.
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout
- 6+ months of Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Legal processes knowledge jargon)
- Familiarity with QC teams or quality control - (business side)
- Strong MS skills (strong user level knowledge of excel)
