The Facilities Maintenance Technician needs to take pride in workmanship and understands the importance of keeping facilities safe and functional. This position will support our three northern Colorado locations in Longmont and Boulder.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance across dealership buildings, service bays, and outdoor areas
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance needs involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify issues before they become major concerns
  • Maintain grounds, lighting, signage, and exterior appearance
  • Assist with coordinating outside vendors and overseeing contracted work
  • Support facility upgrades, small construction projects, equipment installations, and general improvements
  • Complete work orders accurately and maintain maintenance logs
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with established company standards

  • Experience in building maintenance, facility operations, or a related skilled trade
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair practices
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and organized-able to manage daily tasks independently
  • Ability to supply your own basic tool set for day-to-day repair and maintenance work
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, often on your feet and using tools or equipment
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform hands-on repair work
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and respond quickly to facility needs
  • Previous experience in a commercial or automotive environment is a plus, but not required
