We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to be part of our dynamic Operating Room team. This is your chance to make a significant impact on patient care and join a leading healthcare provider known for its exceptional services.
As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient surgical procedures. Here’s what you can expect:
- Base compensation ranging from $26.10 to $39.15, depending on your qualifications and experience.
- Full-time evening shift with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
- Eligibility for a $10,000 sign-on bonus with distance-based relocation assistance and a $2,000 bonus for PM shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment conducive to optimal patient care.
- Prepare and manage surgical materials, instruments, and equipment efficiently.
- Assist with surgical procedures while anticipating the Surgeons' needs.
- Ensure proper setup and operation of surgical equipment.
- Work collaboratively as a team member, transporting patients and equipment as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- No prior experience required; we welcome new graduates
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and excellent interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with potential exposure to various hazards.
